Tea of Life not only boasts a unique production chain but also places great emphasis on sustainability.The Tea of Life boxes are FSC-certified, ensuring a responsible origin from sustainably managed forests. This helps preserve forests worldwide.Our tea bags are unbleached and made from compostable materials, making them suitable for the organic waste bin – and we strongly encourage it! Disposing of tea bags with organic waste generates more and cleaner compost.
The tea bags are stapless and feature a knotted string. The outer boxes we use are made from unbleached FSC-certified cardboard and are sealed without tape. This saves over 82,000 meters of tape annually – equivalent to the length of 783 football fields. Read more about our story.

Abaca is a banana plant that provides fibre. Cellulose is one of the main substances that make up the plant cell walls. This organic compound is the most natural polymer on earth.

Flavour description
A delicious and honest cup of Fair Trade Organic rooibos! This pure rooibos tea originates from South Africa, and is made from the needles of the rooibos bush. The characteristic red colour arises after fermentation of the ground green needles. Rooibos is naturally caffeine free and has a soft, sweet taste.
